Information and purposes
Trial and purchase forms collect name, company, role, email, phone, country, project name, language, package and consent records. We use these for requests, email verification, licensing, delivery and support. No point-cloud upload is required on this website.
Trial checks
We normalize email addresses to detect repeats. Where hosting supplies an IP address, the server derives a keyed one-way identifier; the raw address is not stored in the form database. Shared networks and VPNs can affect eligibility: contact us for review. Verification tokens and project passwords are not stored in plaintext in the database.
Voluntary disclosure and marketing
Disclosure is voluntary. Required details and email verification are necessary to issue a trial; contact details are needed to handle an order. Marketing consent is separate, unchecked and optional. Withdraw it by email.
Providers and international processing
Requests are stored on site hosting. Once connected, email and licensing providers process service messages and activation; Google Sheets receives lead details and request status. Providers may process data outside Israel. Access is limited to service purposes and authorized people. We do not sell registrant details or store payment-card information. External payment providers have their own policies.
Retention, security and rights
Request, license and consent records are retained as needed for service, repeat-trial prevention and legal duties. Makovki Labs reviews the need for retained information. No absolute security is promised. Request access, correction of incorrect, incomplete, unclear or outdated information, deletion review or marketing withdrawal at oded@makovki.com. Proportionate identity checks apply. Deletion may be limited by lawful retention needs.
Device preferences
Only language and accessibility preferences are saved on your device. This site runs no analytics or advertising trackers. Hosting may use essential authentication and security cookies. External links follow their own policies.
Order and payment records
Approved quotes store package amount, tax, total, quote terms, acceptance, validity and provider transaction/status identifiers. Once connected, PayPal receives amount, currency, order description and internal references; the provider collects card/account information directly. This site has no card-entry form. Keep your personal quote link private.
Business contacts and legal grounds
Contact names, professional email addresses and network identifiers may be personal data even for business customers. Requests, verification and licensing are processed for service/contract needs or legitimate interests in operating and protecting the service as applicable; tax and transaction records also serve legal obligations. Marketing uses a separate optional choice subject to the recipient country’s rules. Trial marketing preferences are reconfirmed by the email owner at verification.
Trial and project information
The email owner confirms the project name at verification. The eligibility IP identifier is rebound at that step. Personal verification links expire after 24 hours and are for the email owner only; a project name does not upload an E57 file. Avoid sensitive information and unnecessary personal names in that field. Contact support to renew an expired link.
Providers, cookies and infrastructure logs
The site uses ChatGPT Sites hosting and Cloudflare infrastructure, including the form database. Hosting providers may process IP addresses in security logs and set security cookies such as __cf_bm. The statement that raw IPs are not stored in the form database does not cover provider logs. Resend, the license issuer, Google Sheets and PayPal are used when connected. The website code adds no advertising or analytics tools. International provider transfers are subject to applicable law and contractual safeguards; listing a provider here does not itself authorize a transfer.
Applicable privacy rights
For access, correction, erasure, restriction, objection or portability where applicable, and marketing withdrawal: oded@makovki.com. You may complain to the Israeli Privacy Protection Authority or your competent supervisory authority. Rights depend on applicable law, proportionate identity verification and lawful exceptions. The site makes no automated decision with legal effect; IP-based trial restrictions may be reviewed by a person.
